My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the extensive facilities for kids, like the petting zoo and abstract water slides, offered a lot of fun, the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The indoor pool was a highlight for my family, providing a great space for the kids to play, but the outdated rooms and questionable breakfast options definitely detracted from the experience.

My stay was less than ideal due to several cleanliness issues and unfriendly management. While the indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the New Year Party was enjoyable, overall the facilities felt outdated and not well-maintained. The dining options were also disappointing, lacking variety and incurring additional costs for things like the sauna, which I expected to be included.
